The What if Workshop.
I love showing people how to make sense of anxiety, their want for certainty in life and how to tolerate it. Whether you're consumed by ‘what if…’ thoughts or finding yourself constantly seeking certainty, please know that it doesn’t have to be that way. I want to help you turn the anxiety dial down and reclaim what’s important in your life.
What if… it didn’t have to be like this?
I know committing to 1-1 therapy is a lot and there's several reasons why people struggle to get going. I've spent the last number of months working on something special. A way to help all of the people who get in touch but aren't able to commit to 1-1! Access all of the same information and learning via my online workshop. Join my carefully curated 4 week programme and learn everything you need to know about anxiety and uncertainty to live a life more in control and less consumed by dread.
I'm a Cognitive Behavioural therapist, which means I use evidence based techniques and years worth of experience to help people just like you. Join me and a small number of other like minded individuals (no cameras!).
Grab a notepad and a hot drink and join me online!

In the comfort of your own home. Sessions take place via zoom, and you'll receive my private link and password to join.
A deliberately small group, please note that cameras will not be activated but the group chat function will work. You will not directly communicate with others, just share some ideas in the chat. This is an interactive workshop, not group therapy.
The workshop is designed to support you for future planning, which means you can go off and apply the techniques and strategies suggested during the workshop. There will be the option to go on to have 1-1 therapy if needed.
The What if... workshop is a psycho-educational workshop, based on CBT evidence based principles. It does not replace 1-1 therapy but is not advised if you are already engaging in therapy. This workshop is designed to offer techniques and strategies to increase awareness and knowledge of anxiety. There will not be space to share your own personal experiences but the workshop will facilitate personal reflection and tasks.
If you are 16 and over, living in the UK and can accept responsibility to manage your own safety and wellbeing then I'd love to have you join us.
The course is designed to educate you on the nature of anxiety. It helps you to understand things that we do that worsens anxiety and understand Cognitive Behavioural explanations for how to increase our tolerance of anxiety and worry. I am more than happy to discuss the courses suitability with you via email hello@thewhatiftherapist.com
